How to design a PowerPoint Presentation

Powerpoint presentation is a simple way to convey information for teaching in the class room or giving project idea to the employer in a meeting room. You create PPT slides in Microsoft Office. Designing a PowerPoint Presentation open your Microsoft Office PowerPoint click on “File” after that click on “New” then you will see a lot of option. Now you can click on Sample Template where preloaded design templates are available for specific presentation. If you do not find right template then the best option is a theme, click on it you will see preloaded slides with background and these are for general use.
Click on specific Theme or Sample template which is relevant to your needs. Once you select Theme or Sample template, then click on “Click to add title” and “Click to add subtitle” for your own presentation. Keep in mind that your slide should short and well-managed. Never use default font like Calabria it will underwhelm presentation. PowerPoint makes bulletins automatic, are these bullet enough. Sometimes these bullets are not given ask you that your slide contains bullets or not. Background color and font color is really important because some people are color blind so keep in mind what colors you choose
While creating slides, you can resize it for a larger presentation. If you need to do that, here is how in the top left corners to choose “File” select page setup type the height and width you’d like and click “OK” a new dialogue box will appear, click “OK” again. Now your backgrounds resize. You can edit your slide template for this just see on theme top navigation. In the far right, click on “Edit Master” then “Slide Master.” Make any changes then click on “Close Master,” there you will see all current and future slides in that presentation use newly selected template.

In PowerPoint design make sure all objects are properly aligned. Properly aligned objects in slides are the key to making it look polished and like professional. You can try to manage objects manually, but we all better know how it is a difficult and time-consuming method. For aligning objects in PPT, select all objects by holding down “Shift” and clicking on all of them. Select “Arrange” in the top options bar, then choose “Align or Distribute.” Choose the alignment you like for your presentation.
