    How to write a cover letter

    Cover letters are one-page document that sends with a resume when applying for a job. The only purpose of this document is to introduce you to the hiring Manager that you are eligible for the applied post. Give some authentic reason that you fit in the given post. But the main Point is how to write a coverletter. Starts writing from contact information on the top write your name, address, email and phone number, then whom to it may concern or Dear Sir or Madam and also include employer name and address.
    Then introduce yourself by telling the employer the position you are applying for and how you learned the opportunity. The rest of this paragraph briefly explain if you get hire then how you will fulfill company goals. Describe your previous job experience, skills, and abilities. Do some extra research about the company. This research will help you making a better coverletter, and you well know about the company requirements. So before applying in any company it is better to examine what the firm is and what is there requirement.  

     In the last informed them that you loved to get interviewed and asked them to check out your resume for contact which is attached with a cover letter. Before sending a cover letter to make sure all written syntax is grammatically checked, always use positive words. Write a cover letter in Time New Roman or Arial in font 12. You can also check different cover letter samples on Internet when writing a cover letter.
