Implementation of strategies is pretty important for
the reason that it tells us about the leads and
the enactment of the health care system. The qualities of organizations
that are related to health care are increased
due to the implementation of strategies. The
health care quality assesses the features
of care setting, counting policies, personnel,
and facilities associated to care delivery. With the routine clinical care
defines if the services delivered to
patients are reliable. Evaluate the health of the patient as outcomes of the
care received. On the experiences of the patients,
care provides feedback. Implement measurements of the quality strategies to
deliver objectives and aims of the hospital.
In a hospital the five measurements of quality of
care are structural, process, outcome, patient experience and health plans measures. In health care organizations
the four main features that can be used
to design a successful quality improvement plan
are an alignment
of the goals of the organization to quality improvement plan targets, engagement of the organization and stakeholder, and leadership. To the development
of the quality improvement is plan systematic approach and infrastructure to
sustain and support quality improvement activities. For human beings
communication, are at the core and efficient health communication is necessary.
So, for health communication that communication must be accurate (Sharon Silow-Carroll, 2007) .
Health communication is essential for
the reason that it equips the public with the elements and
awareness to respond adequately to health crises. The qualities of effective
health communication are accuracy, balance, availability, cultural competence,
consistency, evidence-based, reach, reliability,
and repetition. Accuracy means that the content is accurate and without faults
of fact, interpretation, or decision. Barriers to health communication are:
“limited web access, little health knowledge, the absence of research movement,
the spread of low-value health care facts
on the internet and incapability of
health employees to communicate with patients. There are some strategies to
improve health communication: “set up training centers, workplace guides, and
community skits and recognizing the objective
audiences.
Improve health such as: “set up teaching centers,
workplace guides, and community skits and recognizing
the objective audiences.” Remove barriers from the health communication like as, low
health literacy, limited internet access, lack of research activity and spread
of low feature healthcare knowledge. Health
communication must have features such as: “repetition and consistency, etc.” Within
the hospital, change implementation is a
dynamic and complex procedure that is not at all time successful. Adapting the
implementation tactics and strategies to address the recognized barriers to variation
is one technique that has been displayed to be effective (EK, 2010) .
