    Decision-Making Process

    Every day people make decisions, they make decisions in which both small and big. In this paper, we recognize how people make decisions and what they think psychologically when they make decisions and what factors that are the influence the process of the decision making. There are many factors that are the influence the process of the decision making and these factors involving the commitment’s escalation, trust in the personal relevance, cognitive biases, individual differences, age, experience and the influence what selection individuals make. This is clear that the factors in the decision-making process influence and valuable impact on the outcomes.
    For the process of the decision-making, wisdom is necessary beyond your capabilities. Each time make the decision with full attention and with wisdom because with excellent decision-making process your company takes steps of the development. This is also clear that evaluation their effectiveness properly will support you for your business advancement. Ask customers that they give answers of your question to evaluate the effectiveness of the decision. Ask from employees about your decision. Check the performance of the systems, manufacturing and workers after your decision-making process. From employees and customers expect complaints. Give respect to the people who give feedback about your company because feedback plays a significant role in the evaluation of the effectiveness (Dietrich, 2010).
    The process of the decision making begins when a leader or any responsible person recognize the what problem is. The stages that are most challenging in the process of the decision-making could be controlled by making some good decision. We are reducing challenge in our process of the decision making by stating the problems, for the solution of the problem accept your responsibility, collect information, organize the information, interpret the information’s meaning, search the real causes, into action put a decision and test the results.
    When we create an infographic for the process of the decision making for the organization in an appropriate format based on the action plan then this will include step: identity an opportunity or problem, information gathering, situation analyzing, develop options for situation, evaluate alternatives, and chose a preferred alternative and act on the decision (The-happy-manager.com).
